Sung by Hady Mirza. It makes me wonder why Taufik didn’t sing the National Day song in the year he won the Singapore Idol crown. Maybe the Asian Idol crown did the trick.
But I don’t quite like leh. It’s more like a song for an album rather than one that “has a catchy chorus that can get everyone waving their torches in the air”.
There has been some debate that the concept of some parts of the music video followed this though. *shurgs*

Ya betul fit! Sepuluh markah. I was like, the song’s not community-friendly? whatever happened to the days where we all can sing to NDP songs without having to look at the lyrics cos its inscribed in us alr? and yea, NDP celebrations each year is getting more and more boring!
