I am embarking on a secret mission to see how low my weight can go without ever endangering my own health. My plan is simple - to control what I eat and exercise whenever time permits.
For the record, I don’t adhere to things such as consuming carbohydrates on Mondays, proteins on Tuesdays, etc. Nor do I pencil down that I should set aside an hour everday for 10 reps of push-ups, 10 reps of leg-lifts, etc.
I’m not aiming to achieve a bodybuilder’s frame here.
For a very long time until 3 weeks ago, my weight has been fluctuating at the 73kg range. Being heavy-boned doesn’t help take some pressure off the weighing scale either. Previously, the numbers fluctuated between 64kg-67kg. Somehow during my poly years, I gained weight at quite an alarming rate.
Perhaps my metabolism has mellowed down and puberty doesn’t strike twice either.
But ever since I don’t snack in between meals that much and eat moderately during in breakfast, lunch and dinner, my weight have gradually dropped to 70kg. Then I told myself “Hey! Since I have started and the results are encouraging, why not carry on right?”

No doubt it’s a good feeling to see the numbers going down but the health-conscious are probably laughing this off. ’cause they’d consider more factors than just a declining number such as the Body Mass Index lah, body fat percentage lah.
As I mentioned earlier, I won’t be paranoid about it. After all, what’s the point of being not-so-heavy but you’re unhappy right?
Perhaps you have this tingling feeling to start losing weight too but you just don’t have that motivation to keep your dreams alive. Why not be like me first by eating regularly and cutting down those snacks in-between meals?
Sooner or later you’ll find yourself fitting in some simple exercises whenever you can. And maybe the next time you weigh yourself, you’d be up for a nice surprise. A positive one I hope!
Eh wait… my weighing scale never start at 0kg lah! Alamak! Got zero error!

You know what you should do … hula dancing. I swear it would work. Haha. ‘Cause it freaking wears me out so quickly and I can feel every muscle in my body cramping. I dunno if that’s a good explanation. But … suggesting only.
So you can lose weight, get a nice body AND get in touch with your feminine side. see, a win win win situation.
